Our Services in Wells, BC
At A and K Plumbing in Wells, BC, we handle a wide range of plumbing and septic services. This allows customers to depend on one trusted team instead of hiring multiple companies. Each service is done professionally, with open communication, and attention to your property.
Septic Tank Pump Out
Septic tanks function without noise until they do not. Over time, solid waste builds up and impedes the proper flow. When pumping is neglected, the system struggles, and backups or drain field damage can follow. A and K Plumbing provides thorough septic tank pump-out services to maintain proper system operation. We remove waste completely, not partially. Our team examines the tank during pumping to detect early signs of wear, damage, or flow issues. This extra step helps identify small problems before they turn into major issues. Regular pumping helps protect your drain field, minimizes pipe wear, and extends the life of the entire system. Whether your tank is past due or you are keeping up with routine care, our pump-out service is thorough, efficient, and handled with care from start to finish.
Septic Field Repairs and Installations
The septic field is essential in wastewater treatment. When it has issues, the signs often become noticeable in the yard before they appear indoors. Standing water, foul smells, or slow drainage can point to deeper problems below the surface. At A and K Plumbing, septic field repairs are approached with patience and expertise. We pinpoint the cause of the issue, whether it involves soil saturation, damaged piping, root interference, or extended use. Once identified, repairs are carried out with proper materials
Septic Inspections
Septic systems often keep issues hidden until they become hard to ignore. That is why inspections matter. A proper septic inspection gives a clear picture of the systems condition and helps stop surprises. Our inspection service covers the tank, inlet and outlet pipes, baffles, and drain field. We measure sludge levels, inspect flow patterns, and look for signs of leaks or structural wear. Each finding is communicated plainly, without confusion or pressure. Septic inspections are useful for routine maintenance, property purchases, and long-term planning. They provide peace of mind and help homeowners decide on proper maintenance and repairs.
Routine Septic Maintenance Services
Routine maintenance keeps septic systems from reaching a breaking point. Small issues handled early are quicker and more affordable than big problems in the future. A and K Plumbing offers routine septic maintenance services that aim to keep your system healthy over time. We inspect components, maintain filters, and ensure everything is functioning as it should. If we notice early signs of trouble, we address them before they become bigger problems. Regular maintenance prolongs the life of your system, keeps the system working efficiently, and protect the surrounding environment. It also minimizes sudden issues that cause inconvenience.
Grease Trap Service
Grease traps protect plumbing systems by collecting fats, oils, and food solids before they reach the main lines. When grease traps are neglected, problems arise rapidly. Our grease trap service ensures proper function and compliance. We remove built-up grease, clean the trap thoroughly, and maintain proper flow. This service is especially important for restaurants and commercial kitchens that depend on reliable plumbing to stay running smoothly. A clean grease trap promotes smooth workflow and reduces downtime costs. Our team completes the service effectively and ensures the site is spotless when done.
